Clementine Bakery is a small artisan bakery in the heart of Yass, brought to you by the team from Clementine Restaurant.
Clementine Restaurant closed during the 2020 NSW COVID-19 lock down. During this time we rekindled our love of simple baking and decided to focus our attention on sourdough, croissants, pastries and a selection of our favourite baked goods.
We opened Clementine Bakery in July 2020 on the main street of Yass. We make everything in small batches and by hand, using local ingredients and seasonal produce wherever possible.
We are open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 8:30am until sold out. We hope to see you soon.
